Mirjam Foot

Mirjam Foot is Professor of Library and Archive Studies at University College, London. She is the author of many books and articles on the history of bookbinding, including Studies in the History of Bookbinding (1993); The History of Decorated Bookbinding in England (with Howard Nixon, 1992); and The History of Bookbinding as a Mirror of Society (1998).
