The RBS Lions

The RBS lion logo (derived from an early nineteenth-century English watermark, but with many Continental ancestors) made its first appearance on an RBS publication in 1984. Here follows a sampling of the lions used on various RBS publications, signage, and web pages over the years. See Terry Belanger’s “The RBS Lions” for a thorough history.
